Located in the vibrant neighborhood of La Trinidad—one of Málaga’s areas with the strongest momentum—we were commissioned to transform an existing building originally made up of three homes across four floors and an attic used for storage. The client’s goal was to take advantage of the unused attic and create a brand-new fourth home.

The façade renovation gives the building a fresh, updated look while improving its energy performance through an external insulation system (ETICS) and new shutters that add a contemporary feel and help reduce solar exposure.

But the real highlight of the project is the shared ground-floor space. This small urban building already had a spectacular swimming pool—something quite unique for this type of property. With our proposal, we focused on renewing and elevating the area through a more modern and welcoming interior design, adding subtle “luxury” touches to create a truly special space for future residents.
