The company “Bluespace” continues to expand in the city of Seville, driven by the high demand from its residents. On this occasion, it has chosen an old industrial warehouse located in the vicinity of the residential area of the Santa Clara neighborhood in Seville. This place used to accommodate Americans working in the nearby military bases and, at the time, was considered the outskirts of the city.

We were commissioned to internally refurbish the warehouse to adapt it for use as storage. As in other completed projects, the facade has been adjusted to showcase the corporate image of the company.

This project includes a second phase in which the building’s surface area will be expanded to create new storage spaces.
