This residential building is located in the heart of a historic and characterful neighborhood in the city of Málaga: La Trinidad. This new expansion area of the city’s historic center will feature 26 apartments ranging from 1 to 3 bedrooms distributed across a total of 7 floors.

Situated at the intersection of two streets, the project opens up to the city and assumes a distinctive presence that seamlessly integrates with the commercial vitality of Sevilla Street.
