This residential building is located in the Pedregalejo neighborhood, in the eastern part of the city of Málaga, just a short distance from the beach. Our clients are a group of friends who wish to live in the neighborhood where they grew up. We designed a building that unfolds on the plot in an “L” shape, with a view towards the sea.

Three homes are planned on the ground and first floors, while four are located on the second and third floors. Concentrating most of the program on the upper floors allows us to achieve the client’s goals of privacy, better views, and natural lighting. The standout features are the terraces, which shape a facade characterized by gentle horizontal lines that remind us of the horizon.

Access to the homes is through the rear, via communal gallery spaces. On the ground floor, a double-height open space is created, ideal for summer days due to its north-facing orientation. The building also includes two parking spaces per home and a storage room. Finally, on the rooftop, an infinity pool is the standout feature of the project.
