A young couple with children who want to move to the city of Málaga has entrusted us with the design of their home. The residence is located in Colinas del Limonar, a recently developed neighborhood in an elevated, exclusive, quiet, and family-friendly environment. The design of the house is developed on a single floor in an ‘L’ shape, with its spaces embracing what is considered the focal point of the project: the terrace and the pool.

Two volumes of different dimensions and heights separate the daytime program from the nighttime, achieving the desired spatial sequence for the clients. The living-dining room, also a focal point, has a double-height space and opens up to the pool. The basement, illuminated by a small green courtyard, serves as a spacious area for the family to unwind. Lastly, on the rooftop, a large terrace offers unbeatable views of the city and the sea.
