We were commissioned to renovate and expand a building complex corresponding to a former hotel resort near the San Roque Club golf course. The goal was to transform this abandoned extensive resort into a 4-star superior hotel.

On a plot of approximately 30,000 m2 and within a mature cork oak forest, 50 villa-type buildings are transformed into 150 hotel rooms. In the central area of the complex, new spaces are designed to accommodate common areas (reception, restaurant, and spa).
