Bluespace opens a new self-storage rental center in Sevilla. This time, it’s located in the Nuevo Torneo business park, in the northern part of the city. The main challenge of this project was integrating the building’s existing office use with its new storage function. The property consists of two main volumes of different heights (ground floor +5 and ground floor +1), connected to each other.

The façade has been completely transformed to reflect the company’s corporate image, and a new elevator core has been installed—an essential feature for adapting the building to its new use. A new commercial area associated with the storage service has also been implemented, offering sales and control services for tools and accessories related to storage activities.
