The municipality of Alhaurín de la Torre is experiencing constant urban growth. Due to its proximity to the capital, it is considered a commuter town and has become one of the preferred areas for the people of Málaga to establish their place of residence.
Following the approval of the Partial Plan that regulates the land within the scope of Sector UR-EC-02, we were commissioned to develop the Urbanization Project for this sector, which includes infrastructure works for roads, sanitation, water supply, electricity, lighting, telecommunications, landscaping, etc.
This project will lay the foundation for the subsequent development of 300 homes of various types within the blocks of the sector, thus creating a new residential space at the gates of the city of Málaga.
