We were commissioned by the company “Bluespace” to establish their brand in the city of Seville. To achieve this, the building of the former glass company “La Veneciana,” located on a 15,000 m² plot, was chosen as the ideal site for this activity.
In the era of reduced spaces, “Bluespace” offers a storage rental service for individuals and businesses, all personalized and tailored to the needs of each client. We were tasked with renovating the interior of the existing industrial building, creating a flexible space for organizing these mini-storage units. The façade is also being renovated and adapted to showcase the company’s corporate image.
